Introduction
This page contains important legal information about AtlasInfoSystems.com and GlobalPlasticsResource.com (“Sites”). These Sites are owned and operated by Atlas Information Systems, Inc. (“Atlas”) and are provided as an information source for companies to provide listings which can be accessed by others. Those providing information to and/or accessing information on the Sites will be referred to as “Users.” By accessing or browsing the Sites or by providing information to the Sites, each User acknowledges that the User has read the terms and conditions on this page, and accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms herein.

Copyrights, Trademarks, and Permitted Uses
The Sites’ design, images, text, graphics, data, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. Anyone providing information to the Sites agrees that such information is available for use on the Sites as provided herein. Atlas and other providers of information to the Sites hereby authorize Users to view, copy, download, and print materials available on the Sites for a User’s internal business use, provided that the User keeps intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices. Any other use of materials on the Sites, including reproduction for purposes other than use by employees of and consultants to a User’s business, modification, distribution, republication, or reverse engineering is a violation of Atlas’ or other sources’ copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights without the express written permission of Atlas or the other source. The use of any of the Sites’ contents on any other Web site or networked computer environment is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of Atlas InfoSystems. All trade names, trademarks, service marks, product names, company names, or logos on these Sites are the property of their respective owners.

Submission of Contents and Information
The Sites have listings of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and others (“Listed Companies”) active in the field. The Sites allow the Listed Companies to provide information about themselves (“Company Information”) to be included in the directory. The Sites also contain a forum where Users can post messages.

Atlas will have the right to modify or delete any information provided by Users to the Sites in Atlas’ absolute discretion. However, Atlas shall have no obligation to monitor or control any information or other content provided to the Sites by Users.

It is a condition to use of the Sites that Users do not:

(a) Post or transmit any false, libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, indecent, or otherwise unlawful information of any kind, including, without limitation, any transmission constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national, or foreign law;

(b) Post or transmit any information, software, or other material which violates or infringes upon the rights of others, including material which interferes with business relations, invades privacy, or publicity rights or which is protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights, or derivative works with respect thereto, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder; or

(c) Post or transmit any information, software, or other material, which contains a virus or other harmful component.

No Payment Obligation for Information.
Each User agrees that the Company Information and the contents of all oral and written comments, reports, or other communications to the Sites may be used by Atlas and the Users of the Sites for all business purposes, without any accounting or any payment to the provider of the information. Under no circumstances will Atlas become liable for any payment to a User for any information that the User provides, no matter how such information is used or exploited by Atlas or anyone else.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
use of the Sites is at EACH USER’S own risk. Atlas provides the Sites, any software, and other contents on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis, and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the Sites, any software, or any other content. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ATLAS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE SITES AND THEIR CONTENTS AND THE USE OF THE SITES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

References on the Sites to any products, services, processes, hypertext links to third parties, or other information by trade name, trademark, service mark, member, contractor, subcontractor, manufacturer, supplier, or otherwise does not constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Atlas. Product and service information are the sole responsibility of each Listed Company, vendor or other content provider. Each User is solely responsible for the selection and contractual relationship with any Listed Company or vendor identified through use of these Sites.

Each User, by using the Sites, agrees that all use of the Sites and their contents is at the User’s sole risk and that the User understands and agrees that the User will be solely responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, and consequential damage to the User or its business that results from use of the Sites or their contents.

Under no circumstances, including, without limitation, negligence, shall Atlas or its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or the inability to use, the Sites or any content or services contained on the Sites, or accessible through use of the Sites or links contained on the Sites, or any other information that is sent or received, or not sent or received, including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, or loss or corruption of data, even if Atlas has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The parties acknowledge that this is a reasonable allocation of risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages and, in such jurisdictions, Atlas’ liability is limited to the greater of any revenues Atlas received from use of the Sites by the party making a claim in the 12 months preceding the applicable cause of action and $10.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Atlas may at any time revise these terms and conditions by updating this posting. Users are bound by any changes to these terms and conditions, and should visit this page periodically to remain current on the terms and conditions for the Sites.

Applicable Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York and the federal laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to conflict of laws provisions, and each User and Listing Company hereby agrees to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of New York with respect to any action arising out of or relating to the Sites or their contents or use.
